More thoughts along the lines of Launch and Learn, perhaps the destination, from Mitch Joel.
“The Moment” is the realization that you’re doing what you are supposed to be doing and you’re not worried about what you will do if this doesn’t work out, because you know you’ll be doing exactly what you’re doing for a long, long time (just maybe not in the exact, same location, with the same people).
I highly recommend Mitch’s blog and podcast if you don’t follow them already. He doesn’t just cover marketing, he covers the whole digital world. I’m amazed how much content he creates and how generously he shares it.
Life is too short to wait around and hope that “the moment” comes someday. Keep moving until you feel like you’re getting closer. I think there are also times we are called to wait. I’m on the lookout for those signs that I’m getting closer while also practicing contentment with where I’m at.
